Hi and welcome to my blog. I have always been active in sports maintain a healthy lifestyle with good eating and regular exercise and sports.
There are many forms of exercise and the most common these days is Yoga with various forms of Yoga. I have tried Yoga which is great for keeping yourself flexible and well balanced.
Something that I have never tried is Pilates. Pilates is a muscoskeletal performance technique that focuses on flexibility, balance and body strengthener. Helping with breathing and core stability, Pilates is suppose to enhance your body without looking like a body builder.
I have been intrigued by this and was recently recommended by a good friend to try out Pilates and that it will help with overall body maintenance and reduce any pains in your body.
The gym he recommended was PiYo Center in the West Island. I am going to sign up and try a few classes to see how it goes. I will blog here about progress and how effective it is. So check back for more.
I absolutely love Pilates and have tried classes at Karmel Pilates. It's a lovely studio in the West Island. For anyone who has joined this studio and wants a fantastic nutrition plan, I highly recommend the Venus Factor for Women.
